Marcel & Shirley have had their auction business since 1991. Marcel's flair for business started as a student at Youngstown State University where he majored in merchandising. The business grew from what started as a hobby 36 years ago collecting, refinishing and selling antiques, to appraisal of antiques, estate appraisals, and finally to a successful auction business. . They have (4) children, (7) grandchildren and (1) dog Conan The Barbarian.
Marcel & Shirley love the auction business and credit their success not only to their many hours of hard work but also from the love & devotion of the auction business from friends, staff & satisfied customers.

AUCTIONS BY ULRICH is a member of the OHIO AUCTIONEER ASSOCIATION. Shirley is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS and the THE WARREN AREA BOARD OF REALTORS.

Marcel attended YOUNGSTOWN STATE UNIVERSITY and THE NASHVILLE SCHOOL OF AUCTIONEERING
Shirley is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a B.S in Food & Nutrition, she is a RDLD (registered/licensed dietitian) and is doing post-grad work at YSU. She is the company's real estate auctioneer and is REALTOR / Auctioneer for REAL LIVING VOLPINI REALTY GROUP. She attended WALTONS SCHOOL OF AUCTIONEERING.
Both retired from DELPHI PACKARD ELECTRIC in 1999, a DIVISION OF THE GENERAL MOTORS CORP.
